Wendy Oliver is a truly dedicated real estate professional with an incredible work ethic, and a deep passion for the different styles of architecture that Anne Arundel County and surrounding counties display. She has lived in the area most of her life, selling thousands of homes over the past 20 years, while successfully negotiating and settling over $400 million in real estate sales to date.

An award winning Top Producer, and lifetime member of the Real Estate Masters Club, Wendy holds the prestigious Graduate Real Estate Institute designation as well as Maryland Brokers and Associate Brokers licenses. She started working in real estate in her early teens in part-time administration after school, while moving forward to become the Vice President of Sales for the New Homes Division of a successful home builder for 15 years. Wendy increased her sales volume by 30% even when the 2008 real estate market crashed, which is quite a testament to her sales savvy.

She is a strong closer with a full understanding of the complexity of real estate purchases, appraisals, financing, sales and investments. Her fierce negotiating skills are sought by clients across the region as they know she will help them achieve their desired results. She is active in her community where she enjoys volunteering and giving back. An animal lover who's particularly gifted with dogs, Wendy is the President and co-founder of the Chesapeake K-9 Fund, which raises substantial funds for the procurement of first responder K-9's and their needs.

She enjoys traveling with her family, the beach, and special times with her friends and her daughter.
